Knowing HR theory and running a payroll cycle are different things. This programme is built around the second, so you finish with work you can put in front of an employer.
The full employee lifecycle, payroll and statutory compliance, taught the way an HR team actually sequences it.
Live sessions with recorded support, so you can keep learning alongside a job or your final year.
Build offer letters, salary structures, statutory registers and HRMS configurations, not just notes.
Finish with a verifiable record of the programme and the HR documents and reports you produced.
Practitioners who have run these cycles review your work and show you where it would fail an audit.
Build an HR portfolio, sharpen how you describe the cycles you have run, and prepare for interviews.
Each module takes one stage of the cycle, the records it produces and the law that governs it, and ends with something you have actually built.

Where HR sits in a company and what it is accountable for. The stages an employee moves through, the record each stage creates, and why the record matters later.
Deliverable: A complete employee handbook section with the policy, the form it depends on and the record it leaves behind.
How a vacancy becomes a joined employee. Sourcing and screening through to the joining kit, and the paperwork that has to exist before day one.
Deliverable: A full recruitment pack for one role: job description, interview scorecard, offer letter and onboarding checklist.
How a salary is built, what is deducted from it and why. Run a payroll cycle end to end and produce the outputs an employee and a finance team both need.
Deliverable: A month's payroll run for a sample workforce, with salary structures, payslips and a reconciliation sheet.
The obligations that sit on top of payroll: what has to be deducted, deposited, filed and kept, and the registers an inspector will ask for.
Deliverable: A statutory compliance calendar with the registers, returns and due dates for a company of one hundred employees.
The system HR actually works in. Set up an HRMS, load clean master data and configure the workflows the rest of the company will use.
Deliverable: A configured HRMS for a sample company: org structure, leave rules, approval chains and a loaded employee master.
Turning HR records into something a management team can act on, and getting your own candidacy in order at the same time.
Deliverable: An HR dashboard covering headcount, attrition and hiring cost, plus a reviewed resume and interview plan.
General industry estimates for these roles — not a guaranteed outcome.

Configure the HR system and keep its master data clean.
Own the documents, registers and reporting the function depends on.
Source, screen and close roles against a hiring plan.
A certificate should stand for work, not attendance. Finish the programme and get a verifiable record of it alongside the HR documents, payroll run and dashboard you produced.
